  • Condition of Items: The items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and accessories included. Used or altered products cannot be accepted for return.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.
  • Customs: Returns from international customs or due to issues with customs are not accepted. Please ensure compliance with your country’s customs regulations before ordering.

Refund Process
