- Condition of Items: The items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and accessories included. Used or altered products cannot be accepted for return.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.
- Customs: Returns from international customs or due to issues with customs are not accepted. Please ensure compliance with your country’s customs regulations before ordering.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
