Warranty and Replacements
At MED-CHAIN, we stand behind the quality and durability of our surgical instruments. We offer a one-year warranty on all our products, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. During this period, should you encounter any issues with your purchase due to manufacturing defects, we will either replace or repair the damaged instruments at no additional cost to you. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Delivery Times
- In Stock Items: If your ordered instruments are available in our inventory, we will ship them within 3 to 5 business days. This ensures that you receive your tools promptly to continue providing quality care and services without interruption.
- Out of Stock Items: For items not immediately available and requiring production, we will ship your order within 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these measures are in place to ensure the high quality of our instruments.
Customs Compliance
Buyers are responsible for complying with their country’s customs laws and regulations. MED-CHAIN is not responsible for any delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. We advise all customers to familiarize themselves with their local customs procedures to ensure a smooth delivery process. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed during the importation of our products are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
